Online Personal Training
Online Personal Training is perfect for those of you who want our expert trainers to design an in depth nutritional plan to coincide with a tailored exercise programme.

Semi-Private Training
The biggest problem with hiring a Personal Trainer is longevity; it can be very expensive long term. Therefore we have created an option of 3 clients to 1 trainer to make it a much more affordable option, still designed specifically for you

Classes
We also run small classes regularly throughout the week. Most of our classes are based around improving body composition (increasing muscle tissue, reducing body fat).

Drop-Ins
From time to time you may like to introduce a friend or train at our facility on a casual basis. We will be providing a pay as you go option for you to do so. This won’t be a structured session, it will just be overseen by a Coach.
