I have been working with Ben for the past 10 weeks, with the main aim of improving my deadlift, at the end of my 10 weeks this has gone up just under 20%!
I have also been following an advised nutritional plan that has seen my weight drop by 4 to 5 kg, and my bodyfat drop by nearly 50%.
Ben's approach to training is to find your limits then gently and sensibly push at them, to see incremental improvements on a nearly weekly basis. He also has a philosophy of positive encouragement, never seems to have any negative comments, so you always feel as though you have given everything mentally as well as physically.
I left the gym looking forward to the next session, rather than being apprehensive.
Any questions are answered with a depth of knowledge and in a manner easy to understand.
