GROUP SESSIONS

We run up to three group sessions an hour giving you multiple training options

  • Elite Conditioning

    A session built around burning calories as well as improving strength and endurance. This session will typically include bits of our Modified Strongman/Woman equipment such as sleds, prowlers, ropes and farmers walk, combined with traditional Dumbbell, Barbell, and Kettlebell work. For fun, we may even chuck in some work on our CV machines such as the Airdyne Bike, Ski-Erg, Treadmill and Rowing Machines. Suitable for all abilities.

  • Elite Performance

    A mix of both upper and lower bodyweight training based sessions using a combination of traditional and cutting-edge training methodologies for maximum results. Designed for aesthetics and increasing strength. Suitable for all abilities.

  • Elite Females

    A female-only Weight Training session led by a female coach, based primarily around building strength and power. Suitable for all abilities.

  • Strongman / Strongwoman

    Learn or improve all the traditional exercises as seen on TV or used within amateur competitions. Train towards a competition or just come to vary your training. Sessions with World's qualified Athlete James Smith. Must have attended a month of either Conditioning/MST or Weight Training group sessions.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    Sessions can be created for anyone who wants to learn, improve or potentially compete in Olympic Weightlifting. All sessions are run in small groups and taught by a qualified British Weightlifting Coach.

  • Powerlifting

    Whether you are new to powerlifting, want to change up your training or are looking to potentially compete, these sessions are designed to teach you the fundamentals of the sport.
