Personal Training

Semi-Private Personal Training

The biggest problem with hiring a Personal Trainer is longevity; it can be costly long term. Therefore we have created our semi-private option; up to 3 clients to 1 of our expert Coaches. This quickly makes it a much more affordable option.

You will have a programme designed specifically for you and you will be overseen by a Coach to make sure you are using the correct weight, the technique is perfect and you're working hard enough. Sharing the time with two other people just allows us to make it a more cost-effective choice. 

This is our most popular option as it allows lots of contact time, individualised programming as well as a nutritional consult and subsequent guidelines.

Online Personal Training

Is it for me?

OPT (Online Personal Training) is perfect for those who want our expert trainers to design an in-depth nutritional plan to coincide with a tailored exercise programme. Through ongoing email support and video consultations, we’re able to monitor your progress, make changes each week if necessary and give you the personal feel of working alongside one of our Coaches at our facility.
