Group Session Membership
Enjoy 8 or 16 group sessions a month depending on your budget. These sessions are designed for up to 12 people and focus on improving body composition.

Strongman/ Strongwoman
Strongman/Strongwoman training has become increasingly popular over the years due to the varied training style and exercises it offers. Taking part in an MST session not only increases strength and speed but overall body composition and fat loss, too.

The powerlifting sessions aim to teach the optimal mechanics and technique for you with the eventual aim of getting stronger and potentially competing.

Weightlifting
These sessions are aimed at anyone who wants to learn, improve or potentially compete in Olympic Weightlifting. Sessions are run in small groups and are taught by qualified British Weight Lifting Coaches Ben Ross, Katie Price and Ash Walke.

Open Gym
From time to time, you may like to introduce a friend or train at our facility on a casual basis. We offer a pay-as-you-go option for you to enjoy this flexibility. This won’t be a structured session; it will just be overseen by a Coach.
Whether it’s nutritional advice, supplementation, or one-on-one training, we can help prepare you for an upcoming competition or show. The Coaches have worked with a range of athletes from Professional MMA fighters, Boxers, Track Athletes, Golfers, Gymnasts, American Footballers, and Rugby players.
