Personal trainer specialising in Strongwoman and Metabolic Conditioning
Sarah has been a Personal Trainer since 2016 (she was also a client of ours before she was a coach!).
In that time, she has worked with everyone from ultra-marathon runners and powerlifters to people who are stepping into the gym for the first time.
“My goal is to make you fall in love with the process, the journey and the hard work so that coming to the gym becomes something you look forward to and through that consistency, you are able to achieve all of the goals you set out and more.”
She focuses on functional movements and building fitness whilst aiming to build your confidence in the gym and provide you with the skills to train on your own in the future.
